Unhappy

I posted a topic earlier on my wheel hop problem and everyone said I needed to get new control arms. Which brand do you guys suggest? and where at can I get it? I still can't decide if I should get the upper or lower ones. I might be lowering my car after this winter weather so would I need the adjustable ones so if I do lower the car everything works? Thanks guys I’m so new at this stuff I have no clue on all the parts and which brand to buy. THANKS -Kevin
