Anyone have a picture of the entire bottom of the car. i am looking for the lift points for a frame engaging lift. If someone could post them it would be quite helpful!

if you look in the trunk where the spare tire is it has a sheet of paper with the lift points on it, I had to use the jack one day cuz the weld on one of my exhaust pipes broke, i drive a V6 and had converted it to true dual exhaust w/ vortech mufflers she's very load, but i used a coat hanger to keep the muffler from hitting the axle, the mechanic wasn't happy the weld broke and really wasn't happy i had twisted a coat hanger around the exhaust of a brand new mustang, i wasn't happy either

thanks for the info guys, but i need to know the lift points for 'frame engaging lifts. The spots where the jack go aren't sufficient. The lift i am talking about has a 4.5 inchx4.5 inch square saucer like platform that the frame rests on when you lift it. I had no problem getting my 03 on this lift, but there is tubing for ABS and such right at the points that i used on my 03. I need some real pics of the bottom of the car. thanks!!!

I've lifted mine several times with a lift at work, used the jacking points and had no problems. Those areas of the body are plenty strong and will hold the car up without doing damage to it.

Why don't you just take your car down to your local Ford Service shop and ask them to put it on a hoist, and let you look underneath? BTW....your user name has Black Stang in it, and you have a Silver Stang. I take it that user names are not changeable?

Well, I couldn't change my user name without losing my member number which is 46. Kinda nostalgic i guess you could say. being one of the first 50 people on this site is pretty cool...
