Birdshot in the Adj Panhard Bar works!

So some of you know I'd removed my adjustable panhard bar because, unlike the stocker, it is hollow and made a hollow/lumber sound when going over sharp drops in pavement, so I bought a 25 lb of lead bird shot ($43), took one end off the panhard bar, and filled it with bird shot. It only took about 3 or 4 lbs of shot to fill it. Reinstalled it, and problem solved, so to y'all who also have this issue, here's the solution.
If anyone's in the Houston area, I still have a s#itload of lead shot left over.

You need to lose weight, not add it!

Glad it fixed your issue!

you can also zip tie some pipe wrap around it.

I think that was a cool idea...the factory bar does have something similar ,if not the same, in it...Ford put it there for a reason...NVH

I was thinking some spray-foam inside it might work too. I dunno if I'm going to try it though, I don't notice the noise that much.

Huh. I noticed the factory bar had something equivalent to sand in it, never figured it out. I can live with NVH though. I like road noise.
