Is it just me, or does it seem like Steeda makes good products, but except for occasional rare circumstances, their customer service and attitude leaves something to be desired?...

Any input?

Same here but the non-adjustable one is a simple add-on.

Call Steeda or some other performance place? I would say since the fixed ones do not have any adjustment, and do not require any flexing to make them fit, the adjustable one should be set the same way (so the holes align), or as I said, with just a little tension after it is installed.

I will probably go with a fixed unit as well, probably BMR. The Steeda one is just too expensive for most people.
