BBK cai

Is there any real difference in which cai you go with ? I just ordered a SCT tuner and cai from Breenspeed and went with a BBK. No real reason for the BBK other than the looks. Should I change before its to late?????

If you ordered it from Brenspeed , did you get a tune with it? Flow characteristics are important, Most people who race prefer the plastic over metal due to the metal retaining heat in between runs. (Remember Cold are is denser and therefore contains more oxygen. another consideration is MAF . Racers go with a 95 mm whereas street is typically 85-90 mm. Brent I'm sure has played with many configurations, so you really have nothing to worry about. BBK is a good product and all are similar. Sound Confusing? Just go with what you like!

I got the sct tuner with it but I just wasn't sure about the intake. The guy I talked to at breenspeed said performance was the same on all of them, it was just a matter of which one you liked the best. To me the BBK looked the best, but after reading all the posts on the c&l and jlt I was worried that I might should have gone with one of those. Thanks for the input, I need to make my mind up before its to late.

Go with the JLT and save a little money. There's a reason the C&L and JLT are the best sellers for Brenspeed and Bama. Performance is very close on all the intakes. Like they said it would be best for you to choose the one you like.

I'm not too fond of any other intakes than the top 3 we've used...

Ratings:
C&L Racer 10/10
JLT Series II 9/10
Steeda 9/10

These, in my honest opinion, have shown the most reliability as far as flow and intake temperatures. As well, the power on these has really shown above and beyond the competition's. Some intakes out there just aren't worth messing with. BBK makes some nice products... their S197 intake just doesn't happen to be one of the best "bang for the buck" mods that they have.

Off topic, but I think I have seen you reply to about 3 or so posts in the last day or so (just the ones I've seen). My point. A bit impressed. The fact that you appear easy to reach and get ahold of is a huge bonus.

Next mod, I'll be calling you.
