I thought the Bassani 4605-2 off road Xpipe was a direct replacement. It says I have to cut the originals? I was going to do it myself but maybe I should just go to a muffler shop.

if you just get the X-pipe without the extended pipes as the converters, then you need to cut the pipe.

If it is just the x-pipe without cats and downtube and you are keeping the stock cats, then yes you will have to cut the cats from the stock h-pipe.

OK gotcha. It has all the pipes to delete cats. I was going to do it myself but I dont feel like lying on my back under ramps. Ill have my local mechanic do it. I will just have to watch him like a hawk. Just seems like that top nut above the cats are hard to get to.
