Installed my Bassani stainless axle back tonight. Took about an hour to finish without lifting the car off the ground at all. Very easy install and the results are well worth it. Sound is incredible.....very "tuned" and just the right amount of loudness....very little drone. Pics to follow tomorrow.

cqoeschel,
That is one of the exhaust that I am considering. Did you have any alignment problems? Did you get the SS or BX system? Be sure to post pictures as soon as you can. Thanks,

Worked all day so no pics today. I got the SS system. The right side sits just a little lower 1/2 inch or less, so I need to adjust it a little, but you have to really look to tell. Other than that, it went on easily. Less than an hour to do both sides with the car sitting on the ground, not in the air.

I installed a SS Bassani Axle-Back kit with the 4" rolled tips about 2 weeks ago and couln't be happier. The sound is AWESOME!!

I did have a small alignment problem, but I found that if you loosen the front exhaust clamps behind the H-Pipe, it gave me plenty of adjustment to get both of tips centered perfectly.

I would say that Bassani has the best kit out there right now. They have etched Bassani on the side of the mufflers and also on the top of the tips. Excellent kit.

I just installed my Bassani axleback system also. The tone is alot deeper than the stock exhaust. Sounds amazing! The four inch rolled tips look awesome compared to the stock tips. I bought the ss from Ninosport. Nino shipped them on Monday and I got it on Tuesday. Anyone considering a axleback system. this is the one to get. It cost a little more than the rest but worth it.

Nino quoted me $549.00 for mentioning The Mustang Source, but since I live in Texas I had to pay sales tax. It came to around $580.00. I put them on myself and it took less than a hour.

John, I can't wait for the video clips of the cars. I still haven't heard an 05 with the x-pipe and the axle-back. I have only heard the axle-back and even that sounds amazing!!
