Well I saw on your website that you repainted it with red painted on stripes. Looks amazing! Guess I'll have to keep wondering about the performance....

Still no reply

Anyone know if Doug is still busy? I have sent him a couple of messages about my tune over the past week and I have no response from him. Come on Doug... I wanna have fun with my "new" toy.

Doug was at my shop tuning on the dyno all day Saturday.....I am sure he used Sunday to rest and spend time with the family so he should be back to catching up today.

I'm assuming he's back to business? It's probably my bad luck, I've only hit voicemail...

Dynoing went fine....but once again we ran out of time so I did not get a chance to play with my SVO(business owner is always last).

Doug never was "out of business" for any time, he just had to focus on parts of his business that where overwhelming him...(emails)....I know his pain all too well. I am sure you will hear from him....

Doug got back to me Tuesday night... he's working like a slave. He will take care of you. He answered both E-mails I sent him.

Thanks. I guess it's good to know I'm not the only one still waiting. I was starting to wonder if he no longer used the email address I emailed him at. I know he use too, we have had several exchanges over it.

For me, time is now running short. I guess I'll start exploring other tuning options. I should have last week, but after this thread was started, I was hoping to at least get an acknowledgment before now. Even if the reply was “heck no I won't write you a tune like thatâ€.

Doug is a great guy, and his tunes are 1st rate. But I need a new tune soon, yesterday soon, so I really can't wait any longer.

I'd hate to see you (or I) have to buy a tune from another vendor. If I have to buy another tune it will be from a guy named Justin.

I agree. I have been very happy with Doug's tunes. But I am running out of time.

Since June 6th.

That's why I was wondering if he has switched email addresses or something. I don't want to add to the problem by continuously emailing him asking what's up. But I have not heard anything.

I've been waiting a while too, and communication has been kinda tough... Took about a week, 1 call and 3 emails to get a response when I ordered a jlt 2 (I just wanted to know if I needed to order tunes for the jlt as well).

Now the jlt is here, but I'm waiting on the tunes! Don't get me wrong, everything I've read about Doug has been top notch and I understand that he's busy... just seems like he could use some help answering all our questions.
