Does anyone know if this Baer kit will for on a 05-09 GT with Bullitt rims?

I tried the kit with 18" bullets and it was a definate NO GO on my 05 GT, I had to eBay the kit away.

If it's a monoblock caliper like what is seen on the GT500 it won't work with any of the knock-off wheels aside from GT500 replicas.

The caliper is too wide and will not clear wheels that have deep spokes.

Would 1/4 inch spacers made a difference?

It's a bandaid fix, but the premise works.

If you can live with the wheel being pushed outward to edge (possibly past) of the fender, then it would work.

You don't really need to worry about a minimum clearance. If it clears...it clears, when calipers are concerned.

Really thats why when i shop for wheels i make sure to ask if it fits a GT500, otherwise i stay away because i plan on running with either GT500 brakes or a Shelby/Baer setup.

I just found out that they have a template on their site that u can use so I will use that to see if it fits. IF not I guess I will go with the SSBC 13" kit.
