Loudest at WOT with no drone would probably be Corsas, but they are quiet at idle and cruising around. The GTA's are pretty loud at WOT too, and just a little louder than stock at idle/cruise. No drone there either.

No axle back system will give you any measurable HP on these cars. The stock mufflers are low restriction already.

Would say GTA is louder and cheaper then the Corsa.

Was not impressed at all with Corsa on a 06 GT

+1 After I added the C&L street CAI, the Flows got a bit louder (through all RPM bands). Most likely due to increasing airflow from 550cfm (stock CAI) to 885cfm (C&L w/ no-tune insert). I imagine when I pull the insert and load a tune, volume will bump up another notch.(885cfm to 1003cfm).

I just swapped my Stingers for GTAs this morning. The drone from the Stingers was too much. The GTAs don't sound nearly as good on start-up or idle but are plenty loud at WOT. No more drone and they are very quiet at cruising speed.

My stock manual mufflers drone at 2000 RPM and it drones enough to rattle the interior, but not enough to give me a headache.

I have heard everywhere on these forums that the GTA's are one of the best value and also no drone!!....I actually have them in the box at home waiting to be installed.

I tend to disagree about no drone with Flowmasters. I had them on for about 5000 miles. They got a little louder and the drone became more prevalent as they broke in. The drone happens at the lower rpms. People with stick might not notice it as much as people who have auto's. But at lower rpms when accelerating conservately it can drone pretty good unless you manually downshift. Keeping OD off can also keep the rpms up and reduce the drone. The Flowmasters sound great at WOT however. I finally got the GTA's. Not very loud at idle but sound good at WOT. But more importantly to me was zero drone.

Also drone is a subjective thing. One man's drone might be another man's music.

I must ask, because you are probably the only one that doesn't like them: why weren't you impressed with the Corsa's?

Add another vote for the gta's. I installed them a few weeks ago and I like them more and more. THey are quiet just cruising around but hit the gas and they really sing.

I just picked up a set today myself. I've got stingers now and they were fine when I had stock manifolds, but I've been running longtubes for almost a year now and the drone has been deafening. I'm surprised I've lasted this long with them.

The downside is I'm sure they won't sound as good from the outside, I get compliments on them all the time, but I need my sanity back

+1 for the GTA's!

I installed them last month and love them! Nice tone at start-up (not too loud, but not quiet) and like everyone else said, they sing when you jump on it! Plus, they look great (really fill up those exhaust notches in the bumper nicely)...

GTA's all the way. Love the sound and the look. And for the value they cant be beat. What are they now? Half the price of the Corsa's?

Another vote for GTAs - subtle when you need them to be, louder when you want them to be.

Grrrrr.... He says as he sits waiting for the FedEx truck to show up with his long overdue GTAs From Ninosport (shipped May 22).

According to FedEX, it took them 4 days just to go from Alexanderia, VA to Beltsville, MD, a distance of 30 miles!!!
