I went to the track recently. It was my first time. I was able to run three runs. My first run i was nervous, i ran a 14.5, my second run was 14.6, my third run was 14.3. And my mph all three times was 96mph. I had traction control on all three runs. I thought i would of ran a better time. I was not happy. I have not done any mods yet. I want to go back and try without traction control.

 

Did you powerbrake or not? And did you notice any tire spin, and then the TCS taking over?

 

I cannot understand why you would leave the TC on? Was this with an auto also in OD? Did you live the AC on too? I think you might have had a very bad case or track fever. ( bad nerves ) we have all had it on our first time at the track.

 

I powerbraked at 1500. I noticed a little spin. Then the car took off. Which was probably traction control kicking in. And yes OD was on. Oh and AC was on high...Ha,ha, just kidding. I guess i did all kinds of things wrong. I think with a little knowledge and some practice i will get better..
