Ok guys, this will give you a taste! No drive by's just an idle and rev. This is with Magnaflow's which is perfect for me. Nice mellow but throaty idle and part throttle but calls all police and wakes the neighbors when asked to!

Haha! Sure looks like it came from the tailpipe. This motor with 15lbs boost moves ALOT of air! The way it floated away makes me believe it is an elm tree dropping from the ground.

 

Sounds freakin unbelievable.

I had just installed the H pipe so all I can think is that some paper from the packaging was in the pipe.

 

I've always thought Magnaflows are too tame and 'wooshy' sounding... except the Magnapacks of course

OT- but does the KB have the same distinct scream on the new stangs as it did on the 03-04 Cobras?

 

Not really...At least not until you get into higher boost.

When I had the cats on my car, I could hear the whine, but now that I took the cats back off, all I hear is exhaust!

so from what i am seeing, i think the AR LTs sound better with the X then the H. AR LTs and flows seem to be the best.

 

If that is your cup of tea. My first try was ARH LT's + catted X + flows and I personally think it sounded horrible.

 

i dunno, i havent heard an 197 that sounds better then mine, and i still think the foxs sound way bettter.

 

Its all perference...For the most part you can't say any one system sounds better than another because one persons opinion might be the exact opposite
