I have the cat back kit (supposedly with an x pipe included) on order and was wondering if anyone has one installed yet? If so, please give your opinion. Thanks! :scratch:

If i had the car, and the axleback kit was out (same mufflers/tips as the catback) ...it'll be out shortly... I'd have them on the day the car arrives.

Borla sounclips needed

 

Sorry, no way to record a clip. You should wait for the axle-back. The Borla catback system starts right after the factory h-pipe (not truly a catback)so it's redundant to get the connecting pipes when the stocks are more than fine. If I had to do it over again I would get the Bassani full X-pipe system w/ compcats and add the Borla axleback. Hopefully Borla will make an x-pipe. Just my opinion though.

 

I'm getting the axleback just for the quick easy swap for sound/looks
