Any Scangauge users in here?
Well, the Dashhawk died so went out and replaced it with a Scangauge. The 'gauge has about half the capabilities as the 'hawk, but also cost about half has much.
Has anyone had any luck getting the Fuel Pressure up on the 'gauge using Xgauge? I know it's available because the 'hawk could read it, but the Scangauge website doesn't have the codes for it.
Thanks!

Been running the Aeroforce Interceptor scan gauges for about 3 years and love them. How many parameters can you monitor?

I used an Aeroforce on my Lightning. It was finicky and would go into hibernation for a few days and then just miraculously start working again. I liked it though, fit great in the dash.
The Scangauge has a pretty thorough trip computer that can display up to four parameters at a time such as:
Maximum Speed
Average Speed
Maximum Coolant Temperature
Maximum RPM
Driving Time
Driving Distance
Fuel Used
Trip Fuel Economy
Distance to Empty
Time to Empty
Fuel to Empty
Or I can display up to four 'gauges' at a time:
Fuel Economy
Fuel Rate
Battery Voltage
Coolant Temperature
Intake Air Temperature
Engine Speed (RPM)
Vehicle speed (MPH)
Manifold Pressure (not available on some vehicles)
Engine Load
Throttle Position
Ignition Timing
Open/Closed Loop
And the option to program in additional gauges, such as the Ford CAN indications:
Torque into torque coverter 07E022163A 04620516063A 3008 000200010000 CTQ ft-lbs
Alt Torque into torque converter 07E122163A 04620516063A 3008 000200010000 CTQ ft-lbs
Barometric Pressure 07E0221127 046285110627 3008 000A00080000 BAR Inches of Mercury

Transmission Gear ratio 07E022163B 04624516063B 3008 00C8007F0000 GR Ratio of RPM in to out
But so far I can't find the codes for Fuel Pressure, which is one of the main things I monitor. I found the Scangauge has cylinder heat temp along with water and inlet air temp, which is what I would monitor along with fuel pressure if I could "get it up", so to speak. My old Dashhawk only displayed water, inlet, and some crazy reading called ambient air temperature that was no where near outside air temperature yet cooler than inlet air temperature and doesn't seem to have a sensor for it anywhere on the car. Weird.

If you turn your ignition on and off too quickly before the Aeroforce gauges boot up I agree they can be a bit finicky. But give them time to boot up normally and they are not an issue. Wish you luck on your new choice!!
