Another Hurst shifter installed

I installed the Hurst white ball shifter today and put on the optional t-handle for that retro look. Like most of the folks that have posted their experience, it was pretty straightforward. The 10mm deep socket is a must for the bracket, and the darn shifter is a b$tch to get through the hole in the console. The worse part was reinstalling the darn dust boot--there's not much room in there for your fingers.
My next door neighbor has a lift and I'm thankful because my Rhino ramps barely gave me the clearance I needed underneath. And having that second pair a hands was nice.
Here are some pics. After taking the shots, I took the car out for a drive and subsequently further turned the t-handle clockwise so it's actually at an angle that fits the palm of my hand. It's a nice short throw, notchy (but I like it) goes in with a slight "clunk", and third gear slips in perfectly. No noise or vibration issues reported elsewhere.
All in all I LOVE it.
