I like this idea. It may cut down on drown because mufflers are not at the end of pipes.

I have a similar setup with the dynomax mufflers welded into my over-axle pipe. have considered removing my FRPP mufflers, and welding the tips to some new pipe.
I want to hear it with their O/R H-pipe.
