Anderson Power Pipe.

Is this worth the money? Anybody have one on their blower? Also do you really need the 85mm MAF sensor or can you get by without it?

I just think it looks better than the plastic air duct that comes with the kit. I don't know if it makes much more power or it's just eye candy.

I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes, but I'm sure it'd flex less than plastic.

Depends, if the pipe that comes with the kit doesn't impose a restriction or creates flow robbing turbulence then there will be no power increase when running an AFM power pipe.

When I first put on my M90, my dyno numbers were 354/340 (rwhp/tq) Roush tube, factory MAF, Roush program. I added the 4 inch Power Pipe, but kept the factory MAF. (the one with the pipe... a DBX???... would not allow for a smooth idle), and had a custom tune. Numbers jumped to 375/389. 5 months later, added the Ford Racing 62mm TB, 2.49 pulley, BAP, numbers jumped to 404/395.

So the DBX MAF is not required? I have the Diablo MAF
