Aftermarket windage tray

Doen anyone have more info on this windage tray, on offer from Moss Mustang? They claim gains of up to 15HP on stock engines and even more on modded ones. I wouldn't mind seeing some Dyno tests for a more accurate power gain estimate.

The unique screen allows oil to quickly return to the pan, and keeps oil from splashing on the crankshaft and rods, decreasing drag and increasing horsepower.

It seems they do:
The factory windage tray does very little to keep your oil where it belongs, in the pan.
This one claims to be an improvement over the factory piece. Does anyone know more about it? It's not clear from the Moss Motors ad who makes it.

There is a stock windage tray on our cars... I know, because mine got demolished by a rod. As far as an aftermarket unit, I'm very skeptical that it would be would much 15hp. I just put a new stock one back in during my rebuild.
