Additions to FRPP Handling Pack

I have read the numerous suspension threads but was hoping for some specific suggestions.

I have the Whipple/FRPP HO supercharger and the FRPP Handling Pack I have 255/40/18 Nitto Redlines on the stock 64W wheels. I can spin my tires in 1st 2nd and 3rd

I was considering Rear Lower Control Arms, Relocation Brackets and adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm.

My preference was to stay Ford Racing but I don't know if that is possible so I also looked at Steedas products. Of course cost is always an issue.

The car is my Daily Driver and will never see the track and the closest it will come to racing is the ordinary Stop Light to Stop Light stuff.

I am open to any and all suggestions.

Thanks
Neil

Tire is a wee bit short, when you wear them out, you might want to get a 255/45R18 (the same dia as the factory 18" install).

IF you have the FRPP FR3 suspension installed, you need to;
  • Get an adjustable rear upper control arm
  • Adjustable pahahrd rod
  • Rear lower control arm relocating brackets
  • Bumpsteer kit
  • Adjustable camber kit
  • X5 Balljoints and/or front control arm relocation kit.
This will allow you to correct the geometry changes brought about by the suspension kit. Traction will still be an issue that can be addressed by the rear suspension upgrades (to a point), ultimately you just need more rubber on the ground (limited of course by what you can fit in the wheel well and what is designed to fit on the rims)

Thanks that was exactly the type of advice I was hoping for, from someone who took the set up further.

By the way my bad my Nittos are 255/45/18 not 40's sorry. I think I will eventually have to get wheels and go up to 285's but I am trying to hold out, the Redlines look great on the car.
