I love the way it looks, but it scrapes on everything.
Don't think I'm gonna paint it clearcoat black due to having to touch it up probably once a week.
I painted it satin black to see what it would look like since the mirrors/mldings/grille are satin black.
-This has got to be the easiest install on a Mustang ever made, no fasteners needed.
-FYI for those interested....STEEDA sells this splitter for 350 plus shipping which adds up to 425, shipped to the door. I bought mine on ebay for $250.50, and met the seller 1/2 way about an hour away, and avoided shipping. There was another one on there that sold for about 260.00, so if your interested check them out first. I saved $175.00.
I don't think it is worth the 425.00, but it's definately worth the 250.00 since I'm probably going to beat the crap out of it by bottoming out.
Plus the car is lowered, which doesn't help any...(cut stock springs)
-STEEDA should have a waiver that states "Steeda splitter not to be used w/ Steeda lowering springs." This thing is "LOW"

Looks darn nice but I have a few valley-type hills that transition abruptly that would rip that right off unless I took them at an angle.

Yeah, you've got to be aware of the splitter, or it will end up "split" in 1/2, underneath your car...LOL

The Splitter is low but Steeda Springs only lower the car 1/2 to 3/4 inches.
Cutting the Stock Springs is a :nono: It throws off the suspension geometry.
