As of the last few days you can add me to the list of people who...
Put 4.10 gears in an 05 AUTOMATIC TRANS
Went with the JLT cai.
Have a Predator in the trunk that I will never use again
Have a SCT Tuner with a Bamachips tune (Smokin thanks Doug)
Added Steeda Underdrive Pulleys (added today!)
ARE REALLY REALLY ENJOYING THEIR CAR MORE THAN EVER!
My favorite part is the aggressive shifts with the gears and tune. When hitting second hard I get a great chirp and the rearend jumps out a bit. OUTSTANDING.

so you like the 4.10's? I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on em myself. I'm just not sure yet. Did you go with Ford gears? What was the install cost if you don't mind me asking? I'm really trying to decide what to do. Thanks

OK Cop,
Be sure, PULL THE FREAKIN TRIGGER! You'll be happy. As per the cost of the install, it was a friend of a friend..... So I can't tell you what you're likely to pay at a professional garage. This guy works at the #1 rear end/alignment shop in my town and their/his work is impeccable.
I think retail is around 400 just for install, but man oh man! I have not been quick to mod, instead learning from what everyone else is doing sucessfully. The mods I chose, JLT cai, Bamachips tune, UD Pullies (least of the mods) and the 4.10's were all selected because people have LOVED THEM.
Add me to the list. Call Summit and get your gears, then Call Jay and Doug and get your tune and intake, then drive like a madman cuz as a cop, I'm doubting you'll get a ticket!
