5230-GTA's and FRPP X-Pipe
You folks that have 5230-GTA axlebacks and the FRPP X-Pipe, do you think you got any gain from the X-Pipe? Or any change in sound?
I've had the 5230's on my GT for almost a year now and they are fine. I thought maybe I might put the X-Pipe on if it is good for a few extra horses. But I wouldn't be crazy about any large change in sound.

I had a guy come through my work the other day with stock axlebacks and just the X-Pipe. Was very noticeable. He did have a CAI and tune, so that might have a added a bit of sound as well.

I have both and had the GTA's on first, which sounded great... Then I decided to get the X-Pipe installed about a month later and it deepened the sound a bit, but really didn't change the overall tone too much... But I definitely noticed a little more seat of the pants pull from the X-Pipe when it was installed... It feels like it flows better... It's not night and day difference, but I'd say it's worth it!
