4:10 gear lube?

i did a search but couldn't find anything about gear lube. what do you all think is the best brand and weight to use with the ford racing 4:10 gears?

there was a thread but I dont blame you for not finding it.

several of us use Amsoil 75w-140 wieght Severe Gear.

There are several good synthetic gear lubes out on the market. You probably can't go wrong with any of them. Amsoil, Mobil 1, and Redline. 75w-140 wt. I personal use the Redline brand. But they are all good.

Royal Purple is another good choice. Anderson Ford Morotsports uses it with their gear installs and the RP trans lube in the trannys.
