Well news update...
The TC was pulled back out because it sounds like there is a bad bearing (or something) inside of it. It made some odd noises (like a rotating rattling noise) as well as a high pitched noise (like a chirp).
Stock TC back in, back to normal (ie, no noise). Happy about that, but not happy about the TC having to be sent back.
I'm calling Precision in the morning (they are aware of whats going on) and getting this squared away. Let the boards be prepared for massive slamming if they dont make me more than happy with getting a new one on the way.
It's patethic that I'm going to owe the mechanic more money than what the TC is worth.
None the less, its just typical and par for the course. Some will understand. Most wont.

Holy Crapola Colby. I thought I had the worst luck at times. I know Precision Industries will stand behind their product. No problem there but the work to pull the tranny twice is terrible. Sorry about your problem. I don't think I have ever heard of anyone having problem with a new converter before.

Heyyy, so shipped the TC back and they said it had damaged fins (sp). Long story short they over nighted me a new one and im hoping to get it back in this sat. Suks, seriously feels like someone stole my muscle car and gave me a sports car back. lol
