My problems so far:

1) Gas tank would not fill - FIXED at Dealer
2) Popping in the front end, slow turns - FIXED at Dealer
3) Bucking w/CEL - Turned out to be an ignition/nisfire issue, FIXED at Dealer
4) Squeeky brakes - Rotors turned etc. . still there.

Other issues:

Window tint being scratched - installed aadhesive backed felt strips to seal and everything is A-ok!

Anyone else have a repeated airbag light issue? My cluster went bad at 1900 miles and now at 6700 the light intermittently flashes and then goes on steady again. There's a service bulletin for replacing the cluster, which was done, but the problem is back again.

I have trouble getting gas to go into the tank. The pump shuts of about 100 times throughout the fueling process.
Ford has issued a TSB for that. It's listed on the Technical Service Bulletin sticky here in this forum, one level up.

I have the clunking in the front end and in the rear end, parts are on order from dealer, should be in in 2 days. Also, my trunk lid rubs the top of rear bumper and leaves a mark. The dealer adjusted once and buffed out mark but it is doing it again. I will adress that issue when the parts come in.

The little plastic doo-dad that goes over the door lock stick-thing on the driver's side door comes off every so often when I close the door. I will eventually get the dealer to order a new one. I am also getting honked at and yelled at by a lot of people... seems they like the car...

The 5spd trans is noisy. It tends to go away once you engage the clutch and put it in first gear when you're at a stop.

I had the No Start thing happen a few weeks ago. I was about to show off the car to a friend, and I pushed in the clutch, hit the key, and....nothing. Tried again a couple times and nothing. Finally it started up and hasen't done it since. I spose it's because of the special key Ford uses. Sometimes the car wont recognise the key and then it wont start.

One of the early Mustang owners here on TMS had to have the clutch position sensor or something like that replaced. His avator has a picture of his car on a flatbed. Might be having these problems again.

I had it happen again the other day. Without releasing the key, I pushed harder on the clutch and the starter started to crank.
