Yeh, I have heard that... some guy over at AutomotiveForums tried to tell me it was a new Shelby. LMAO He didnt like me telling him different, I think I am banned over there now... OOPS!

Just sounds to me like the timing is off, the idle is rough. It spits WAY too much, and sounds a bit tinny to me. All in all, I have heard that thing sounds sick... but, I have yet to hear a good clip of it.

I have a V6 that I put headers and Duals on from JBA and a Very happy with them. They sound Great and have improved my mileage and performance. I got my set up at www.westcoastperformanceparts.com which is running a special on them. They had them to me in just a couple of days.

I LOVE IT! That clip just put the nail in the coffin; I'm now gonna spend $$$. Please tell me what set up you're running so I can shamelessly copy it and have that sound too.

Thanks :nice:

I will get some from outside the car as soon as someone gets here to film it.....

How about some prices and links where you purchased these systems from to go along with the video clips.

i was curious if 329.99 is a decent price for the Flowmaster Amercian Thunders. Just got a catalog from one of our parts suppliers.

Never mind I think I answered my own question with one google search
279 plus no tax

just a disclaimer about my clips, I used a digital camera not a vid cam, and this might be why the car sounds so bad, it actually does sound better than that, I will work on some better ones ASAP.

I fixed my link. :nice:

Is anyone running the Flowmaster American Thunder Axle Back kit with an off road x pipe and has audio/video clips? My Flowies sound kinda sick. Doesn't have that Flowmaster sound; more like a Ricer's bee hive muffler. I need to compare sounds. Please & Thanks

Here's a video clip of my Stang with Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-Backs and off road x-pipe. Thanks to y22kc for the help.
