17 rim width?

I'm looking on-line for tires and I'm wondering what the width of the stock bullet rims is.

Actually I'm trying to find out what's out there for drag slicks that may work on some stock rims. Any sugestions? Might want DOT ones, that hook. Installing a SC and need grip for track I'm guessing.

I have a set of 17x8 factory bullitt wheels that I use for drag racing. I run the stock Pirelli 235/55/17's up front with 275/40/17 BFG Drag Radials on the back. I typically pay about $185 each for them (I've had several sets of them in the past 10 years on my last 3 Mustangs). They're DOT legal, so I can drive on them all summer long and run them at the dragstrip (they hook awesome!)....

Great to hear Brian. I see them on tirerack.com. I'll be saving up this winter.
Thanks.

I run M&H 275-50 -17 on stock wheels and cut consistent 1.6X 60 foot times These are perfect for supercharged cars.
