Seems like this a getting to be a popular mod so I wanted everyone to share what they have and maybe help someone make a good decision if they are considering this.

I've got a Denny's and I'm very happy with it. I have the old design that comes with an adaptor plate, which many, many people had trouble with very bad vibration from. I was one of the lucky few who didn't have an issue. Their new design doesn't use an adapter, it just replaces the yoke coming out the front of the rear end and has been vib free from everything that I have heard. The Denny's is steel, and pretty much unbreakable (sure, anything can break) and if you can break it they will replace it for free. It's also 3" so it doesn't need as much clearance as a 4" Aluminum piece. It weighs a little more than the AL ones, though, but still about half the weight of the stocker.
However, I've heard 95% good reviews on the Spyder, and if I did it again, I would get the Syder with an adjustable UCA to make sure there were no clearance issues, since I have rear lowering springs.
This is one of the best mods I've done, the car just feels overall lighter and faster, gets better gas mileage (mine was about +2mpg), and much less clunking sounds underneath from the 3 part boat anchor. Getting rid of rotational mass is awesome! Can't really think of a downside to this mod, except maybe clearance issues with some of the 4" shafts if you have a lowered car, but adjustable UCA will fix that, and adj LCA sif you really want to set everything right.

I've got a CD&G 4" shaft and I've had no problems with it... no track time yet as I want to wait till I have line locks installed before I goto the track... I get plenty of practice from a roll with the goat owners around here.
