I have heard that the GTA mufflers are a little louder, but most people on this board that have gone with a FRPP type muffler seem to like the stingers (M-5230-5GT ) better. Especially if you want your exhaust a lot louder than stock.

I can vouch for the Stingers. Ive had them for over 2 years and still love them. IMO, they are one of the best sounding mufflers for this car. They do drone though, but I found an aftermarket hi-flow catted or O/R midpipe takes most of the drone away.

I have the GTAs and love them. I had Stingers before and couldn't stand the drone around town. The GTAs are never obnoxious and sound amazing at WOT. I got mine at NinoSport for $279 shipped but it looks like they have gone up a little:

Well I got the GTA's in yesterday and installed them last night. Have to run up to Nashville TN today so will be driving this car rather than the wifes convert. to hear how they sound. Thanks everyone for you input.
