Derek if that is the only issue (the diagonal tube in the last pic) I would have to suggest that it may be simpler to create a new gusset for the k-mamber than it would to reroute the tubing.
If the motor mount bracket is the problem than you will be in for quite a re-engineering issue either way.

Mike, great to hear from you. What you have described is exactly what I was thinking but my lack of experience in this matter is causing problems for me. I really do not want to reroute tubing essentially defeating the purpose for me having purchased a pre-engineered kit for the 05. As always, thanks for your help, it is awesome that you are always willing to give advice objectively.

Today I finished cutting out the passenger side k-member gusset and grinding down the welds. I then was able to fish the hot side piping from the downpipe to the y-pipe that goes to the duals. It was tight but fits well. I think when it is all over I will be taking the car to a lift and working on getting the exhaust from the transmission mount back up inside the tunnel a little more, it hangs too low for my tastes but that could be from initial pipe fittment. I also completed the cold side pipe plumbing. Here are a few pics.

Derek -

When and if you dyno this car, Please make a run without that Air filter and place close attention to the boost ramp and HP between 2k and 5k. That filter looks undersized to me and it would help me to know this info. I am gonna as Marcus L about this too
