Both of them have to be fake because I've read at least 1,000 posts that say the 05 GT is so slow it can barely break 14 and because of all the electronics they are impossible to modify.

OK, I know I'm about to get bashed for this one, but .....If for 1 thing: You thought You heard nitrous....NO...it doesn't make noise...like you might think from watching FAST and the FURIOUS 1 and 2, and 2 that was a photochop.....the F-ing car went 11.0 in Orlando, do some research next time.
Plus on top of all that????? Who hits the nitrous at the end of their run/1000ft mark, and runs 11.00 showing off at the opening of Fun-Ford??? Answer: No one.
-That 05 ran 11.0 in the 1/4 mile and deserves that respect....alot of people on the internet are so fast to jump to conclusions/photochops assumptions....and have no idea of what they are really talking/typing about. 11's can be accomplished for about $3000 w/ an 05

-my 92 has gone 10.80 at 125 w/ a similar set up and orignally started off w/ 75 less "rated" horse power......it can happen 05 owners.

2005MustangGT, no one's disputing it really ran 11.0's, but from the list of mods, it seems pretty certain he ran n2o.

Pretty much the same set-up in MM&FF went into the 12's on motor alone with E. Smith banging off the rev limiter. The 05's are heavy turds but darn they can be fast. To bad you gotta whip up on that electronic watchdog darn 8.8 has the jewels with 31 spline axles so I dont see a problem there? I guess the tranny is the soft spot? isn't the tremec in 05 the same as in the 02 and up?

Everyone was saying look at the post. I read the post. What about his run looked like NOS. I didn't see a purge or anything. That's what I was referring to.
