04 Mach1. Looks, rarity, power, and the price for one now makes it a sure choice for me.

 

I bought an 04 Mach1 cause frankly the Cobra isnt worth the extra cash.

 

It is like 4 more grand for a cobra and it has forged everything and strong block with more power and better tranny.

 

Mach1 hands down! And When MMFF tested Mach1 vs Cobra vs GT, The Cobra only beat it by a fender throw a supercharger on the Mach and watch out Cobra

 

Cobra only beat it by a fender they said due to the lack of traction and ignorance of that junk IRS, I think with a SRA the 03 cobra would spank a Mach, What do you all think?

ha ha, i think the cobra would smoke it by a good 3-4 car lengths.

 

Real close at the 1/8 mile. Then at the quarter mile it would win by less that 1 second, but trap a much higher speed. If the race went on (like on a freeway) then the Cobra would dust the Mach1.

 

they said in MM&FF the cobra was with the mach off the line, but after the suspension unwinded it pulled away from the Mach 1

 

I went and test drove a 2003 Cobra and that was it for me. Had to have it. I think the black Mach1's are beautiful and if I had actually drove one- well, who knows? As far as price goes I bought my Cobra for 29,700 from a dealer in Michigan and shipped it down to Florida. That's almost 5k off sticker I believe.
I saw 2003 Mach1's going for 22,000 in late 2003. Someone got one heck of a deal there.
