well i checked up on the fox. turns out i remembered Exactly how to get there. i surprised my self. its a GT hatch, dunno the exact year, but it has pony rims so im thinking its a later fox, its got an auto (YES that means mom can drive it) and leather seats the price is exactly $3000. man oh man, i hope i can get this one. i can pay for... uhhh.... half of it, by myself yes im taking donations, or better yet, ill sell you some of my art . tell what y'all want it on, mugs T shirts watever, ill figure somewthing out.

minor dent on the passenger side, havent seen the engine. im gonna milk that dent for all its worth tho, see how low they'll go. i think itll need new headlights too, the current ones are faded, as is the silver paint. hopefully pix can come later... what street was it again?

off to convince the 'folks. i think the best part about this one, aside from the price, is that its two blocks or sumthing from my house. (i went a REALLY roundabout way, hehe, cuz i didnt know the street, i just retraced the first few minutes of my trip with the driving instructor )

oh crap. now i feel stupid. the heats really gettin to me.

well i talked to the guy (on the phone) we were at his house but...uh...he wasnt he wants to get rid of it fast, needed a 4door family car, his recently purchased used toyota SUV (didnt see what kind, only the logo). he sed $3000 theres 84K on the ode. minor damage: the bodyside moldings on the right door and one broken fog light. the panit is kinda faded. interior is still good. no mech prob(or so he says) need to actually see it run before we make a decision. mom n dad keep saying no (someone PLEASE rent out the 2 bedroom apartment connected to our house!!! we needs it!! or rather, i do...for a car!)

also theres a 78 II in the mercury news....$1000 "needs work" oh boy. but its $1K. which might leave $$ for a used 351 or sumthin i can hope right?

If I were still in High School, and could get one, I'd get the Mustang without a second thought. But thats dreaming, I had a 20 year old Dodge Dart with a slant 6 that I paid $100 bucks for. Never drove it because I couldn't afford insurance which stinked, and it had a problem with the brakes which I could never nail down. My dad helped me change the master cylender and bleed the brakes but they kept getting air.

I was one of the few dorky guys in high school still riding the bus

ok #1 the V6 is not a chix car. thats one messed up sexist attitude. it has plenty of power. just ask any Mustang GT wonders from '98 and prior. same hp levels

and if you were paying attention and read the thread, you would have realized that i sed none of those choices are viable any more. i thought we could afford em, and now we cant.

sorry, i kno u was trying to help, but i hate your attitude. i thought humans have evolved to beings greater than sexist pigs... i guess not all of us have.

We have rules here about bashing V6's... you should follow them. They are their for good reason.
Keep those thoughts to yourself next time.

if u think thats amazing, i have a hunch this might be one of a few 69 GTs! it has the GT wheels and theres not mods whatsoever on it. the engine be super clean. i got him to go down to $2500 from $3500 and the int is all new, headliner is nu (needs install), C4 shifts well (supposedly), needs battery, minor body damage, minor surface rust, and needs to be started manually. everything is all original

they also have a 68 GT500KR vert, 67 GT vert, 65 coupe modded, and an 89 Saleen (daily driver!) i want ot be adopted lol

god, please let this be the one!! mom n dad "need to further discuss it"

Personally I'd go with the '99 V6. One its cheaper, two its used so you won't have to worry as much about it in the high school parking lot, and three by spending less now you can get the GT you really want sooner than buying the truck or 05 V6. Just my two cents.
