I remember your last adventure with the corvette and a Cobra (I think), and a cop. You said you learned your lesson.

Every day is a new lesson. You just retain the outcome of previous lessons, incorporate it into the new lesson (and hope the consequences aren't the same) and you there you are: A totally new learning experience

just speaking hypathetically, as a basis for anyone. That what makes us so great; we have the ability to remember and learn. Unlike the dude in the Bud Light commerical w/ the shock collar on.

I was waiting for the part where you actually drive over his car, as you said "ran over." Still a great story, makes me want my car even more, which can’t be possible.

Good kill, please lets all try and refrain from committing fratricide amongst our own. There is plenty of rice out there to fry, no need to beat up on a fellow Stanger.

yeah, no fratricide... unless a fellow stanger entices it, which was the case here. Oh... I just realized TJ4cam has an 03 mach. Anyhow, interesting to hear how it turned out.

Hey Brad, I think SurfnSoCal's avatar message should be, "Everytime I learn something new some old stuff gets pushed outta my brain."

If you have the car, you might as well have fun with it.

nice kill, every mach 1 kill will help the '05 get some respect from the mach guys. Many(not all) over at the mach1registry think the '05 is not even close to being capable of keeping up with a mach.

Fratricide? Uhh, I hope that by getting a Stang I'm not involved in some sort of fraternity. Lived next door to one for 4 years, and can't stand them.

I'll race a Mustang any time the driver wants to hit it, I don't see why it is considered bad...but hey, if it bugs you guys, don't do it.

Ohh, and Richard, if racing would make you more late for your date, then you guys sure must not have been racing too hard. :-)

Fratricide doesn't mean killing fraternity members, it means killing your own brother or sister. It comes from either the greek or latin root (not sure which one it is) for sibling. That's why a fraternity is considered a "brotherhood".

Ex. Cain comited fratricide when he murdered Abel.

ETYMOLOGY:
Middle English, from Old French, from Latin fratricdium, and fratricda frater , fratr-, brother; see bhrater- in Indo-European roots + -cidiumand -cida, -cide
