Ford really out did themselves this year. I love it when a pure blood chevy chrysler or import fan tells me that they would love to have a new Mustang even though its a Ford.

==This is proof that a lot of American's are tired of the pan hood, wrap lights, and generic look of the imajority of the mports.==

Imports? Sounds like you just described the new GTO too

Nice read Brad!

It's great to read of the Mustang's success, but part of me would rather not see any more stories of how hot the Mustang is because then it draws more interest to the car and those of us in line to order don't want or need any more demand surrounding this car at the time being!

Now - what were those $59 in incentives they were talking about? Free wheel locks?

Incentives i.e. rebates.

Great read. 1:2 sports cars sold is a Mustang, huh? Wow...

Tres, Brilliant observation. I read an article that claimed Pontiac hasn't even sold 2000 GTO's in 05. What does that say for Heritage?

Heritage means diddly if the car stinks.

Mustang V6 or GT is original and hot.

It was in Canada ! We have great taste up here! I still say the Chrysler 300 looks like a funeral car.

As long as Chrysler is owned by the Germans, it is no longer a domestic car IMO.

Actually, they're averaging about 1,000 per month. YTD sales (through the end of May) are about 5,400. Miniscule compared to the Mustang but better than '04 GTO sales through May '04 (3,000 sold).
