My daughter (16) tells me that her friends boyfriend is buying a Skyline.....he's 19.
I ask her, "How's he going to buy a $50,000.00+ car, working for $12.00 an hour?"
"He and his 3 friends are all going to go in on it and share it. That's what they do with their SRT-4!"
This is the reason why I had to pick the three of them up the other night from her other friends birthday party....he didn't have the car that night...

As long as they publish Import Magazines every month, you know what I'm talking about.
The ones with the totally outrageous cars, slammed, loaded with all the extra (weight) STEREO GEAR etc. And the half naked Oriential Babes leaning or laying on the cars.
The youth of America will be brain washed, and truely believe that these are cars capable of doing what the owners says that they will.
As far as my self, I am the Service Manager for a Honda / Acura repair center. No Fast & Furious, just stock maintaince performed here.
Even if you spent all of your Daddy's money and bought every thing out there, your Quarter mile times can be beat by a American V8 ata lots less
expense.
Woofers, Wings and lowering with 20" tires do not make it faster, unless you count the depriciation of a vehicles price.

Yeah know I feel sorry for these kids. Mom & Dad probably have a Toyota Camery and Dads not a car guy so they follow each other like lemmings down the import trail.....cause that’s what Dads got…….
Now a lot of us had a "car" dad and were exposed to American muscle and you followed........
It’s up to us not belittle these kids but to educate them and maybe a light will come on……
