Flowmaster vs roush exhaust
I've heard mixed things on drone with flows on the '11s... I know my buddy's '06 with flows drones like crazy! I've never heard a report of any drone with Roush exhaust (plus the aggressive sound is great on the 5.0s.) That said, I'd buy Borlas... Lol
From my personal experience Flowmaster 44s had the worst drone imaginable. I had them put on my 06 GT Vert and I consistently had headaches after driving due to the loud drone. I kept the 44s on for about a month and then ended up ripping em out and throwing some Magnaflows on. My Magnas had no drone whatsoever. I ended up trading that 'stang in for an '11 GT Vert and installed some Roush axelbacks on. They have ZERO drone and sound INCREDIBLE!!! They produce the sound that a real mustang should sound like!

Then I had the BBR O/R X-Pipe installed and without mufflers, it was WAY too loud. Droned like crazy. But the power gains with the O/R X-Pipe were significant!! So I then tried a few different things, different mufflers and couldn't get the sound I wanted without either droning or, too quiet. Finally, I sprang for the Flowmaster Super 44's and now, it's awesome. I'll do a better in car video if you wish. But this video clearly shows that in the car, windows up and A/C on, traveling at 60-65mph in 6th, there is ZERO drone. You can even give it gas in 6th at 2,000rpm and not get drone.
Like I said, just let me know if you're interested in having me make a better in car video.
