That car is tiny.

I can't imagine parking it next to a fullsize of the era, like a Galaxie 500

No kidding I'd be scared to be in a car that small next to a fullsize of the era. Like a beetle next to an excursion.

The Beetle was actually about half a foot longer than that little car (the late '70s another half because of the bumpers).

So Ford was blaming Navistar for the Fire out of superduty tailpipe fires.... but looks to me like fords been doing this since 1969!
