I voted GT500 because I need the rear seat and I am a sucker for anything resembling the 550hp Ford GT engine.

I'd vote Boss 302, but then I realized that in addition to not being able to afford one unless there were absolutely no ADM's (and eligible for _-plan pricing) and the fact that it can be used as a amphibious assault landing vehicle sealed the deal for me. Plus, it comes available in a wider variety of colors.

and I say it comes down to preference (I voted GT500 btw - wonder why ) I have no doubt the Boss will run circles around the GT500 depending on the road course, but the current GT500 really is a true grand touring car and not the track weapon the Boss car is.

Gotta go with the GT500. Unless the actual applications of the Boss prove otherwise, the '11 GT500 is the better car IMO.

GT500, even though I live on very curvy roads I wouldn't make much use of the advantages it has to offer. I dare say most don't either on a day to day basis.

The GT500 isn't to bad on a curvy road - it'll outhandle the same year GT (albeit until 2011 not with much finesse) My folks have a 2007 GT auto with the stock suspension and I'll take my car any day over the GT in the handling arena. I hadn't realized how sloppy the GT was until I took thier car in for a rotate and balance.

Can't say about the Bullitt, but BlkSnake (sp??) has said the GT500 will outhandle the Bullitt, I can say an SGT will definetely outhandle a GT500 (being that it has the FR3 suspension and my old 07 GT was fitted with the same), but thats on a tight curvy road - Take a place like VIR where the GT500 can put its power down and even though an SGT will probably go through the turns better the GT500 wont be far behind and will make it up and pass the SGT on the straights (the driver mod being equally matched).

Eventually there will be the BOSS vs the GT500 with the SVTPP head to head, it should be a dandy. My vote is on the GT500 although I do prefer the BOSS interior.
