Since Dawj is coming out with the Larger (oops, I mean Charger) I think it would be neat if Ford returned fire with a new Bullitt that's just one notch better than it in every category. Where's McQueen when you need him!?

My son says the dodge charger looks bare. They couldn't step it up to compete with the stang

 

Actually, the Charger wasn't really an analog to the Mustang back then (that's why the Challenger existed). So really, it's probably more like Ford taking an old 4-seat T-bird and building a 4 door.

I actually saw the Bullitt as a miss, much like I think the Charger will be for Dodge

Steve McQueen is dead, had to say it when I realised some people didn't know it. His smokes killed him.

 

 

I highly doubt we'll see another Bullitt Mustang any time soon. Warner Brothers was difficult to deal with. But you can bet on a dark green Mustang GT.

 

That will be sweet! I've always loved the "sleeper" look of the Bullitt. I just wished they could've added more than 5+hp to it though.

True. I've even heard some people getting it dynoed and pulling somewhere along 270hp, but Ford still underrated it at 265, if I remember correctly.
