0% financing on a 07 vette? in the past, the 0% offer didn't apply for vettes. if so, that's a no brainer. vette all the way.

Yup... jealous?

Seriously, how it is "the archives" when it was like 10th post from the top of the subforum?

Oh, you mean me out of the archives. Yeah, when I supercharged the Stang, I moved over to Modular Fords because it has a much greater emphasis on modding and tech stuff. I was pretty active over there for over a year (senior member now). Tons of great tech info on that site (especially regarding forced induction, motor rebuilds, fuel systems, etc).

I think I'm done with modding now. Now I just want to look at pics of cars and talk about them in general. Sometimes the Vette forums urk me (too much money, too much ego), so now I'm back... but probably only to chat in the general car sections...

The Mustang was my first car (that I purchased myself), so it holds a special place in my heart... and I still very strongly idenfity with the Mustang community...

Umm, don't confuse them w/ Saturn's. The 'Vette's pack some of the best punch and technology for the money.

Gave up my 97 Cobra for a 98 Pace Car

I've had Mustangs all of my adult life...quite a few, from my first car - a 76 black/gold Cobra II, to the 93 teal Cobra and the (two) Pacific Green 97 Cobra coupes. I loved them all at the time and wish I'd kept the 93 most of all. Last year, the opportunity presented itself for me to buy a 98 Indy Pace Car for less than half of new retail with 19.5k miles on it. I still love Mustangs and bought my wife an 06 GT vert, and I'd love to have a new GT coupe to upgrade and make my own. But I LOVE my Vette, actually more than an 07...unless the 07 is a Z06!
