Are we talking about the current 2005 Magnum RT that has a 5.7L and 340hp. Or the 2006 Magnum SRT8 (due out this summer) that will have a 6.1L and push 425hp. If we're talking about the RT I think the Mustang could beat it, but wouldn't stand a chance against the SRT8.
