Rear brake rotors overheating

I posted this in the general section first, quickly got the answer I realized was right, that the pattern on my rear brake rotors is due to repetitive overheating and uneven cooling due to the vents in the center of the rotor.

Any of you experienced this? Any particular solutions?

From the other thread:

These are symmetric, L & R, inner and outer surface, after 4 track days (2 weekends), four 20 min sessions each day, speeds to 120mph.

Roush TrakPak rotors, EBC Bluestuff pads, traction control off whenever on track. Front are StopTech/Saleen 4pots.

Ultimately, I'm thinking it may represent uneven pad deposition or burnishing in the areas between hotter (vanes) and cooler (air between the vanes). The rotor is actually not too thinned out, supposedly has a bit more life, but I'm switching to some Centric plain stock blanks this weekend instead as these Roush ones also had a fair amount of microcracking.
