Mustang a Lock for Grand-Am Championship
Ken Wilden needs to finish just 13th or better in this weekend's 4-hour finale at VIR this weekend to lock up the Grand-Am Koni Challenge Series Championship. Bret Seafuse and James Gue (#37 Mustang) are tied for second place, and Ken's codriver Dean Martin is in fourth. Ken and Dean's #59 Mustang leads by 18 points over the #37 Seafuse/Gue car in the team standings, but Ford is 2 points behind BMW in manufacturer points.
If you're in the market, the #59 is on eBay.
Blackforest Racing has entered their Dodge Challenger (1 race, 5 points) and Stevenson Motorsports has entered a Chevrolet Camaro in the car's first Grand-Am competition. The race will not be televised, so check Grand-Am.com Sunday for updates.

Dean Martin and Ken Wilden finished 7th to clinch the driver (Wilden) and team (Rehagen) championships. The Camaro finished 23rd, and the Challenger withdrew before the green flag dropped. James Gue and Bret Seafuse won the race in their #37 Mustang.
