Hmmm, I'm looking at the results for the first three practices. Does not look good for our Stang gang. The #5 car is in 7th and the #59 car is 20th in the third practice.

 

52 and 59 qualified 21 and 25 respectively. We got a min weight increase last week at Laguna back up to 3300 lbs, so none of the Mustangs are fast this weekend. Both 52 and 59 are only ~0.4 seconds off from the fastest Mustang qualifying time. We should be able to run solidly quick and consistant through the race on Monday, so we have a great shot at at least one car in the top 5.

Pits I'm not sure what we can do, they have been checking credentials pretty thouroughly this weekend, but pit lane is only blocked by a wire fence, so you aren't missing seeing much.

I've been trying to get creds from Brad for weeks now. It did not happen for me... It's hard to be a 'pit pup' when you're not in the pits...


Somehow, I'll manage to survive, hehe.
