Yes the increase in downforce is from the reduction in lift and that's exactly how if was explained to me. The rear wing is made by G-Stream and sold my Tiger Racing.

You guys talking about the Tiger Racing Hood, I didn't think it would fit the 13' because the way the front facia is different than the previous year?

 

In December, Paul said they were getting an order for 50 hoods for the 2013 Boss 302S run and those would get production priority. I ordered mine at that point because he said once that order came in I'd have to wait until they finished those before they'd start shipping other hoods. Based on that I assume they are making one that fits the '13. Just give them a call.

 

Talked to Paul from TR just a little while ago.

They do have a gig going for the 2013, but for the time being are still taking orders for and shipping the 2012 hoods.

 

Congrats to Roush, Ill be at the Barber race hope they can pull a win at that one as well.

 

I wonder how the 2013 Mustang compares to the 2012 in the Wind Tunnel. I would think the 2012 would block less air and have a better CD. It appears the Roush team did not take the time to paint the rocker panel and rear diaper. I wonder what their paint scheme will be when they can get a complete 2013 Mustang.
Great pictures. The reskinned Roush Mustang looks intimidating. I would not like to see that in my rear view .
