high mileage Coyote for a track car?
I've been sort of casually looking for a 2012 GT as an upgrade from my current 2010. They are few and far between, especially if you are picky about color (I don't want black) . . . but there are a few showing up lately with fairly high mileage, like 100K-ish; at pretty attractive prices (mid-high teens).
I don't have a lot of extra time or money to do anything major like tearing down and rebuilding the engine; and I need it to be reliable for street use like my 2010 is.
Do you think a high mileage Coyote would be asking for trouble, if used for track days?

I would be purely speculating to weigh in one way or another. I have no experience with high mileage coyote engines. They seem to be holding up well, but it's hard to determine how a previous owner cares for the car and drove.
Maybe others have more experience with high mileage ones?

Yeah, that is the big unknown / wild-card. They seem to take a flogging very well, as long as they are well maintained; but you never know how the prior owner treated the car, especially when buying from a dealer who shields you from the prior owner.
