Harry's Lap Timer

Who uses it? I like it so far. It's a little confusing at first but once you figure it out it's nice. I have been toying with plotting the route on my favorite back road.

Been using it for 2 seasons. Love it. Awesome app and when combined with the OBDII data it's that much more impressive!!!!

How did you manage the OBDII sync? Some sort of plug that links in via Blutooth?

Found a bunch had to to the source. How much did you pay for yours? I found them for around $150.

I got mine for $99. That was roughly 2 years ago. Maybe 1.5 years back. Harry's lap timer website had a link and deal with them at the time.

Glad you found one. It's worth $150 in my opinion. Excellent gizmo

Yeah, the BT1 finally became available a month or so ago and mine was delivered about a week ago, followed by a second unit a day or two later because they'd sent out some "incorrectly programmed" units.

At least they sent out a replacement right away

Hope the BT1 works for you guys... I love it. Use it when towing the car to the track to watch engine parameters then obviously at the track in the Mustang. It's fantastic.

My mechanically challenged neighbors love it too as I can diagnose their car problems free of charge!

Yeah, I thought that was cool and they included a return label for the original unit. They could've just waited for customers to complain and I doubt they'd have any recourse on unreturned units. (I sent mine back the next day.) A test of the first one worked fine for me except that it asked for a passcode, but none was given in the instructions, but 0000 worked.

I'm still figuring out how to use it and the Lap Timer and haven't tried it with the GoPro yet, but so far so good. Consistent connection from the BT1 and everything apparently working correctly in the Lap Timer, though I haven't been to the track since to test that part. I still have a lot more driver mod work to do before I'll be posting any videos anyways.
