I'm guessing you don't understand what a "fully funded driver" means, lol.

Most drivers in this level of motorsports, with a few exceptions, find thier own sponsorship and bring it to a team, rather than the other way around, lol.

Our team is actually knee deep in talented drivers, its the funding that we never seem to have enough of, lol.

Maybe you can do like Justin Wilson did to get into F1 with Minardi back in 2003. He sold shares to the public in order to get enough money to fund his drive.

No I had no idea what it was

I havent been around and I'm not skilled enough for anything like that ....but

I just bought a lotto ticket so if I win I will be my own sponsor

I wonder how his stock's doing nowadays. Champ Car doesn't have the prestige of F1, but at least he's in a car that can win races, which should translate to him making the transition from paying driver to paid driver.
