Autocross questions (ESP)

After reading the 2011 SCCA Solo 2 Rules, Street Prepared allows for:

1. Replace Front Lower Control Arms to allow camber adjustments (See 15.8.H.2)
a. So does this mean we can replace with tubular front LCA (a-la BMR) with the taller ball joints and adjustable A-arms?

2. Rear Upper Control Arms may be removed/replaced/modified (R/R/M) BUT rear Lower Control Arms may not be R/R/M? Correct? See 15.8.I.4&5)
a. Will this be required of lowered cars? Looking for feedback.

3. I did not see any mentioning of Bump-Steer Kits. Are they allowed?

My plan is to prepare my car for ESP. This is going to be a slow process, but I wanted to make sure anything I do will not bump me up in class. Thanks in advance to all replies!

As far as my understanding of the rules I think you straight on with #1. You should be able to replace the a-arms with adjustable one. #2 it also right, Im pretty sure you would have to modify anything on the LCA to lower your car however Im not savvy on the new Mustang suspension but I cant imagine that would be the case. In terms of bumpstops, I havent heard anything about them being illegal so I would assume your good with those as well.
